Amazing coffee shop! Coffee is delicious but price is pretty high although not out of line with what I have been seeing in high end coffee shops recently. Their homemade syrups are pretty tasty. I got a salted caramel latte one day and a nitro coldbrew with vanilla foam another day. I preferred the latte and would come back for that and try out their other syrups. Their parking lot is pretty small and street parking can be a little tricky so just be prepared for that. The ambiance inside is nice and they have a small sitting section in the back and some outdoor seating.
Stopped by today for an iced matcha latte with vanilla & vanilla cold foam and a brown sugar cinnamon latte with almond milk. Both drinks are really good! However, I would ask for extra cinnamon next time since that's the flavor I was really looking for. But otherwise, drinks are really good, staff were so nice!! And the space was overall a great vibe. Music selection was great too.
Such a cute and welcoming coffee shop. They have a wide food and drink menu. I absolutely love their raspberry matcha. Love coming here.
One of my favorite coffee shops so far. Limited seasonal menu offering simple yet very tasty options. Their breakfast avocado toast is simply delicious. But more importantly the coffee is awesome. I believe they source their beans from 11th Hour (a very solid choice for beans). I've ventured into most of their coffee drink menu but always find myself going back to their espresso shots or a cappuccino. I love being able to enjoy all the notes of the coffee and they consistently make a very good cappuccino. The service here is very welcoming and the baristas are eager to answer questions or make recommendations. The location is at the watsonville Hangar food court area and they have a limited seating indoor but plenty of space out on the benches out in front.
I got the raspberry Matcha and the pumpkin spice croissant. The raspberry Matcha was pretty good I just needed to add a pack of sugar. The pumpkin croissant... It was OK I took out the pumpkin part.
One of the two coffee shops I saw when looking for somewhere to caffeinate in Watsonville. The limited options during my travels resulted in me deciding to checkout Honeylux. Service from the person taking my order wasn't the friendliest, but the person preparing the orders was nice. I tried the Bloom Matcha Latte (iced + oat milk) to share/try. (It's a matcha latte with raspberry syrup.) I also ordered myself a Latte. Both drinks were good. The Bloom Matcha Latte wasn't sickly sweet and the syrup didn't overpower the matcha. The drink is done well. Enjoyed the interior decor. One of the businesses lined up in a row across from the airport. It was easy to find parking on the weekend morning I stopped by. Glad I made the stop here!
This coffee shop is so cute and a lot is seating (inside and outside). Very clean, spacious, dog friendly too They great I you with a smile, being first timers today, they were patient, gave suggestions. 3 workers staying busy. They did warn us that food would be about 10 min- no problem. We ordered everything bagel breakfast sandwich with perfectly poached egg, bacon and avocado . It was delicious and had so much goodies in it. Also ordered coffee cake muffin. Our drinks were yummy and I loved the extra touch of latte art 2 drinks, breakfast sandwich and muffin $38 Great find and will be back!!
Did a quick stop! So glad I yelped and found this hidden gem of a coffee house. Love my cappuccino- rich, creamy, and not watered down. Service was pretty fast, we came at a slow time. I'm sure mornings are crazy. This place feels hip. There were quite a few people working. It is located on a corner lot near the airport. The lot has a few good places including a boba shop, ice cream truck, a creperie. Will have to come here again next time.
